Kaatskill Mountain Club & Condos by Vail Resorts

View was great, room was well appointed. One gripe, the shower stall is tiny, despite the bathroom being quite large! If you ever redo the bathrooms, you should make the shower a bit bigger, even just making it square would double the space! We liked how many plates, silverware, towels and things that were in the room (10 of each plate, tons of glasses, 6 bath towels plus pool towels), so it was very well set up for our stay!

Ok place. Good enough. Few things could have been better. I booked a king bed suite, but got a queen bed. The fireplace didn’t work, but the maintenance guy fixed it. Coffee maker didn’t work, so we went out to buy coffee, but they replaced it later that day. Shower was moldy. Room wasn’t cleaned when we returned after the day and there were only a few guests in hotel so that didn’t make sense. The staff were nice and sweet. We were told it was the off season so restaurant was closed. Wish I knew that before booking but we found places to go. Overall, I think management should overhaul shower stalls to clean to remove mold n have staff do a better job of cleaning. Other than that, it was fine. Typical ski mountain hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The property was clean and very comfortable!! Outside our room we had a Mountain View and the colors were amazing. Easy walk to the mountain base and ski lodge where the Oktoberfest was being held. The hotel included great amenities including a pool, hot tubs, workout room, spa, sauna and outdoor fire pit. On site restaurant was convenient but closed at 9 pm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice. As was the pool and hot tub. The outside of the building could use some painting and repairs. But overall it was a very nice stay.

Lovely place

Spacious and Clean. Been traveling to this region each summer/labor day for over 40 years - and have finally found accommodations that are actually worth the price. Nice heated pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool tubs. In room fireplace, full kitchen.on site restaurant and bar. Beds could be litttle more comfier - but are adequate. Highly recommend.
