Anderson Inn

This was my first stay at the Anderson Inn. It as everything I had hoped it would be, and more. The view was incomparable –the Rock and the boats and the sea lions. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. We had dinner at the Galley, just an elevator ride below us, another first. The food was excellent – well prepared and well presented. Staff at both the Inn and the restaurant were outstandingI. have absolutely no complaints.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Durchdachte Austattung und sehr sauber. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch wird vom Hotel vorab per Mail auf das angrenzende Restaurant mit Tisch Reservierung hingewiesen,was absolut empfehlenswert ist.

Beautiful ambiance, coffee espresso machine was a nice surprise.

Power went out early Sunday morning(all of Morro Bay☹️☹️) wish we could have stayed till 11 to enjoy the hotel longer

Favourite Hotel during a 2 week west coast road trip. Room was stunning and glorious balcony and view over the bay. Spotlessly clean, superb attentive staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Loved the location on the Embarcadero. Right on the water and close to so many restaurants, shops and boat tours. The view of the rock is amazing from every room. I thought I had booked a room over the water but we received the Embarcadero room at the back of the inn. Turns out we had two decks, one looking to the water and one over the street with a fire pit! We were the only room with a fire pit. The inside of the room was amazing, so comfortable, even with a fireplace.

Breakfast would have been nice, but we bought some pastries a block away. Loved sitting at the fire pit in the evening but the large lights on the side of the building shined down right on us! ☹️

Room was super nice with a nice view of the rock and loved the sounds from the bay at night. Great location with lots of shopping. Enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Galley and the entire staff made it a wonderful experience!

This Inn is fantastic. The rooms are so well decorated, and all have everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in two different rooms now and they were both perfect. The entire staff are all very, very friendly and helpful. Perfectly located on the Embarcadero to easily walk to all of the shops and restaurants. We will never stay anywhere else whenever we visit Morro Bay.

A dream come true!!! Arrived home and all we can think off is our stay at the Anderson Inn at Morro Bay. Thank you so much for all the love and care during our stay, my husband had an amazing 50th Birthday Celebration, and we made so many happy memories. We are already talking about when to come back. Clients for a lifetime for sure!! Number one place in Morro Bay, with the most amazing views!!

Right on the beach with several great locations to eat and a lovely backdrop for an evening stroll. Staff was welcoming, professional and kind. The room was large, well equipped and immaculate. My only comment is that if you pick a room with an "ocean view" you can't see the ocean from your room at all. The view from the room is the parking lot. To see the ocean you have to be out on the small deck. If you need a great view book an ocean front room. But overall, a truly great stay!!
