Friendly staff nice and clean nice location and the pool and playground for the kids will definitely be back again

Oh, where to start. Just read other reviews as tgryve covered most of the main points but essentially the facilities do NOT match photos or claims. Pool inoperative, junk everywhere behind the buildings. No hotel or restaurant. Reception office not clearly indicated from the driveway. Office dirty and very untidy. Room for three has one chair one set of cutlery two mugs and ab assortment of disposable bits and Bob's. There is a one page set of instructions about the bed linen and how wonderful it is and admonitions about putting anything on it, but the two SINGLE downers (for a queen sized bed plus a single bed!) We're grotty and coverless so not practising ehat was being preached

Small and cramped. Bunk beds for seniors?? The top bunk was unmade, only a bottom sheet. Asked not to eat or drink in bed but nowhere else to do this. Only provided towels and a bathmat. No face washers or hand towels.

The pile of rubbish at the door from the previous guests was just poor
