Only 1 towel for 2 people

The bed was very comfortable

There was no reception office only cleaners around. They did provide us with a key to cabin. The bed was too big for the room. The ‘new’ doona was too small for the bed. No room for luggage TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it When we moved to another cabin it didn’t have a table Not enough cutlery or crockery for two The kettle had to be used on top of the microwave or fridge as this was the only outlet and so the microwave had to be turned off

The staff, Alan and Patrick; were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide me with keys and directions to my room, procedure for vacating very early in the morning. Beds were decent and pillows comfortable.

Room was new, modern well appointed and clean.

No complaints. Very nice.

Only 1towel on arrival, no bathmat, tv not working properly

Reception service is so fussy.we travel long way and reach the hotel late and he’s not very helpful.it is just a little change on my phone number that he can’t listen and understand what I’m trying to say about it.it’s just simple for him to listen and solve the problem and give the key instead of letting us stay out for long. Bathroom door is not good
