I like that the hotel is all one level. If you want to smoke or get some fresh air, you just step outside your door. You don't have to take an elevator down stairs. Very quiet and well kept

That there is only one way in and one way out of the parking lot. But it does help with security.

Despite being in a not-so-safe area (so we were told), the hotel itself was pretty quiet and fairly well lit up at night. The owner (who checked us in, if she was in fact the owner), was very polite and we could tell she cared about making this hotel a nicer place to stay than it used to be. We didn't have any use for the massive fridge but the room and bathroom were clean, spacious, with a desk. The rooms are fairly priced. Stayed in October 2024.

They was so rude filthy, a man running out screaming every 5 minutes open my door with they own keys as I was getting dressed water come out brown

Not crowded. Able to park close to the room. Very good value.

Several miles from the highway but not much traffic.

Property is in rough condition in rough part of town. Did not feel safe

They popped a $100 CASH deposit on me. I refused to pay it because they're reasoning was ridiculous. The site says it's pet friendly, they tried turning me away because of a kitten. Then they finally charged me an extra $20 fee for the kitten. Cleaning lady told my wife we had 10min to leave on check out day at 10:45am. Site says check out time is from 11am-11:30am. They're pretty ridiculous
