"Bed horror."

The location

The room had hair in the tun and we had to switch rooms because the toilet dis not flush. We were given 2 twin beds for my husband and myself which was nuts.

"A very disappointing and freezing experience; I regret not choosing the Hilton instead."

The hotel was clean.

From check-in to check-out, we never saw any housekeeping staff, and no one checked if our room needed cleaning. The toiletries were only enough for one use and were never restocked. Most importantly, in -12°F weather, the heater was dysfunctional; it blew cold air after a few minutes. The entire hotel, including the hallways and restaurant, was freezing, and the breakfast was mediocre and cold.

"Wont be back since the Sat and Sun cost $392."

THIS is what I dont like. Food not very good ! Cost too high for a smaller room. Incidental cost was $20 the 1 day we were here and a week later we spent 2 days here and the cost was $47.30? We had no use for this…no restaurant and no bar so what cost could occur?????
