I usually adore staying here but I have to say I am very disappointed. The food has gone completely down hill. The breakfast I cannot fault but the dinner in the Esencia has gone down hill very much so. Found myself having salad and fruit every night. I know they do cultural nights but I don’t want to eat pigs feet and chicken drumsticks. Last time I came we had fresh seafood and steak, clearly money is being saved at the expense of guest experience. Plus on an evening the waitress saying I don’t understand English when I was ordering my drink, ask someone else? I used to love coming here I am Bitterly disappointed. I will not be returning.

La posizione della struttura, gli ampi spazi, buoni i servizi esterni.

Cibo in generale; dei primi non ne parliamo, frutta scarsa e poca varietà, mancano le serate a tema. Curerei di più’ la doccia con maniglione di supporto per non cadere e rinnoverei gli asciugamani che ormai sono consunti.

Absolutely perfect. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The pool areas well maintained. Food was excellent especially the desserts 😊. The majority of the staff friendly and helpful.... Always a few exceptions 😉

Great great great...welcoming staff..food quality excellent and varied unless you need a macdonalds! Loved that there was no music by the pool and no pressure to do activities. Drinks were great if not a little too strong sometimes less is more. Rooms spacious and fantastic shower..slightly smelly aircon but sorted when relayed to reception. Not too many evening activities and a great nights sleep.
