Property Notes

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie. The Origen restaurant is open according to the season and the occupancy. When closed we offer the following: breakfast and dinner services will be served in the Food Market restaurant in the area set aside for Esencia guests. At dinner, in addition to the buffet meal, Esencia guests will have the option of ordering meat or fish served at the table. At dinner, apart from the buffet food, Hotel Esencia guests will have the option of ordering meat or fish served at the table. A deposit may be required at the property.

Le lit était confortable, la chambre grande et les infrastructures sont bien avec une piscine chauffée et toujours de la place pour trouver un transat. Beaucoup d’animation au fil de la journée et programme disponible, l’encadrement des enfants est bien.

Le buffet : assez répétitif et pas beaucoup de choix, surtout dans les alternatives sans porc ou même végétarienne. Les cocktails fait maison ne sont pas inclu dans le all inclusive, mais dans le premium, ce qui est un peu dommage. Le snack bar propose toujours les mêmes choix. Hygiène : surtout au niveau du ménage de la chambre et de la vaisselle. Les goblets en plastique sentent parfois ce qui a été mis avant dedans (surtout l’alcool) et les assiettes/couverts/verres ne sont pas toujours propres, soit avec des restes de nourritures soit des taches.

Me gustó las instalaciones de las piscinas y gimnasio.

No me gustó las habitaciones muy clásicas y muebles muy antiguos, colchones y almohadas muy mal. La comida estándar, muy poco elaborada, muy repetida. Un camarero me dijo que me cambiara la blusa por llevar manga hueca en la cena. En general correcto las instalaciones pero bastante deterioro. Mi hijo en la piscina de los niños terminó todo herido por qué raspaba el grasitti.
