Staff was unfriendly. Office staff in evening was outside smoking pot with buddy. Limited parking. Restaurant at hotel had horrible service. More friendly with locals.

AC unit needed front staff to make adjust colder

The hotel itself is very nice and sits on a beautiful piece of property. The service was better than most. The bed was just okay, rooms smelled very musty but clean. Parking is a little tough. Cute little restaurant attached to the hotel. Good food, a little pricey. As far as what u paid for one night…not that happy.

A nice, older centrally located hotel.in Cooperstown NY. One issue wehad was that sheets felt very damp and we turned the AC on high to try to dry them. They never really did dry. So that was a bit of a drag. Otherwise it wasnt bad for location. Staff was nice and friendly.

Walk to town. Restaurant on site was good. Staff was helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable on the smaller size My only issue was parking. I think maybe lines should be painted even in the stone parking lot. Some people would take up 1&1/2 spaces. If everyone parked correctly I don’t think it would have been an issue. I will definitely be going back. Great location
