The room was large, clean and very comfortable. My friends and I loved that we were provided bolsters! What an excellent touch. Also, the staff are so friendly. We loved coming back to the hotel after a day out and being greeted warmly by the front desk staff.

The staff are very nice and welcoming and check-in process was very smooth. The rooms were clean and the lobby area is pretty good.

The bathroom and shower in cabin style are truly awful. In a double room it’s just not comfortable, it’s tight and it offers no privacy. Especially when you consider that the surface including the sink isle could have easily been used for a proper closed bathroom instead. You pay for a hotel for a maximum of comfort, and that was just the anthesis to that. Besides, the hotel makes a lot of small cheap choices that worsen the quality of the stay, like the slippers that are made of cardboard, the all-in-one huge bottle for shampoo and shower gel etc.

Staff very attentive.

However the room are very bad in cleanliness, hair on the floor and mattress, toilet. Seems like never clean before, the water in the dispenser also seems like never change before. Mattress got stain, bad stain, seems like brown color stain.
