Room is clean and just okay. Water dispenser instead of bottled water.

Limited indoor parking. Egg station not ready at 6.30am. Got the usual tea bags but no coffee sachets on the first day. Housekeeping did not check and hence did not refill bath liquid.

The staff are really warm, friendly and helpful. They made guests felt welcomed to the hotel. Their hospitality are commendable.

However, the attention to the details need to be improved. The hotel needs to relook into their housekeeping and maintenance SOP. First thing I noticed the check in counter writing mat had oil stains that the staff should be aware to wipe. The hotel room floor (ours was a deluxe suite which was the biggest room) was not hair free when we took the room. Corners and crevices of taps, sinks, WC and bathroom walls had accumulative orange and white built ups which looked unpleasant and iffy. I didn't take photos but for someone like me who has pet peeves about hotels cleanliness details will not enjoy the stay. The towels had very strong bleach odour. The air-conditioner filter also needed replacement as indicated on its control panels. Also there were so many mosquitoes at the hotel lobby where we waited for rides. Honestly, the hotel has the infrastructure existed for an international hotel like Ibis but they need to really pay attention to the details which really matters to visitors. I've stayed at other IBIS in other countries, hence this experience is not consistent with other Ibis. To be fair there're not much options in a state like Kelantan :(
