Big villa, nice amenities, exceptional view.

A bit hard to get to on foot as there are no pavements. A car or taxi is definitely recommended. There was also no washing machine onsite and we had to go to a laundromat.

Lots of space , additional lounge and roof terrace a nice touch especially when you can see Mt Fuji

The meal options were very limited and did not cater to being vegetarian. Very vague on wording and what was to be delivered . Not labelled adequately . Excessive amount of packaging . 95% of what was paid for was not eaten and a waste of money . Had to drive out and find additional food for breakfast and dinner. Had to request that the bins were emptied to take the food away .

View is very nice, we can see the mount fuji from our room. Staff are friendly and helpful. They replied and helped to check when I contacted them and told them my friend lost her ring after we left.
