B/fast is not special. Location is good.

When we check in the staff didnot tell us that the hotel is having hot water problem. So, when we wanted to have a shower, no hot water and it was already late night. When we complain, no one told us that the hotel were having the problem since the day before.

The property is good, clean and modern.

The food a Singgalang lounge is terrible. We had two meals and both were too salty until I needed to ask hot water to watered down the salty soup.

rather new hotel; clean rooms; comfortable bed; nice bathroom; in walking distance to downtown Bukkitinggi; nice rooftop restaurant/bar/terrace; small outside pool

opening hours of the pool from 6Am to 6PM; gym is very small; some staff at the reception has difficulties in understanding and speaking English
