Hotel Santika Bukittinggi

This is my first time staying in Santika Bukittinggi and I felt so happy while all the team here are so friendly and helpfull especially ; Bapak Alik Hidayat as GM , mas Marjuki, mbak Pratiwi Adityarini, mas ⁠Lailan Dani. mas Antoni, mas Zian and others team. The pizza chicken and mushroom are recomended also for the burger taste tender, the room so clean and cozy will come back again here thank you santika

Room was comfortable, with updated amenities. Restaurant was also convenient.

Food, location, facilities..room are clean

Toilet not clean and smelly

Good room, nice quality, amazing breakfast (except coffee needs to be warmer), good shower

Staff's English was not great Small grease Stain on one of the bedsheets

Stayed here for 3 nites, 1st nite we have the executive , balcony rooms. Since we get rooms at 3rd level, Our view , rusty roof of the houses surrounding the hotel, but next day we get to change to higher floor. clean, big comfortable bed . The restaurant in the 9th floor, very comfortable, but serving of food very slow, tastes not as ecpected. Excellent view , live music . We can hear clearly , love the Azan( call for prayer) from the mosque near htl. Thank you.

We booked 5 rooms and requested for nearby rooms many months ago but it was ignored. It made a bit inconvenient for us.
