Terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed tbe stay as a whole

When we checked in we stepped into an empty room. Although there were signs that said I needed to take the elevator up one floor they were not noticeable so I had to call. Not a huge deal but I was tired so it threw off my first impression. We have teens and the game room was a great way to spend our evening after dinner. The games were free, unlike other places we’ve stayed. This provided us with some laughs and some family fun. The room seemed super clean and the Murphy beds were cool. There is a smell in the room. It seemed like sewage smell possibly coming from the sink or other drains. It was pretty gross and affected my relaxation and sleep. The other issue is the white curtain in the room. A lot of light flowed into the room in the morning. All in all I like the place.

Good place to stay at, very clean. Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend.

You can’t communicate very well here Front desk ( language barrier) don’t understand that there was a Murphy bed in the room Asked few times about it

Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up. Beautiful Mountain views everywhere you look. They felt very European, which was nice. Definitely enjoyed the unit. It was efficient and well planned. I would recommend this property.
