Canyon Haus

Very European room arrangement. Clean and efficient. Very close to ski slopes.

The outside property looks nice and in a central location of other nice hotels. The issue we had is the room, the room was tiny, the beds are in the wall, and you have to move furniture around just to bring down the bed. They didn't have any curtains either except for a thin white paper like material to cover the window which the window was a whole wall size of the room. At night, the room was so bright, it felt like we had a night light in the room. No need for an early morning walk-up call either, as the sun rise brighten the entire room. The pillows were tiny and flat. The phone didn't work to call room service or the front desk. We had to walk downstairs to the front desk to report the issues and request to change rooms, they said yes but they would have to pay for a full rate room. We also did not get our room clean for the entire three day stay. They said their cleaning service team was booked and unavailable.

Very nice and friendly environment for kids so many things to do . We had one of the best experience, with a beautiful view and clean space. We definitely recommend out friends and family!

The hotel overall was very nice, the staff was very friendly, but i was supposed to receive a $20 breakfast grab and go credit. We stayed for 6 nights and I never received the credit. I was following up every day, but never did get an answer of why. The staff agreed that based on the website advertisement and me booking directly through them i should have received it, but I did not. The staff is extremely friendly and they are willing to help and the room is as advertised. The only reason I didn't give it the lower review is due us staying there for 6 nights and never receiving an answer to the $20 daily credit.

The Roos are very tiny for 4 people
