"Great!"

Really clean, with a friendly “mountain” vibe. It definitely put us in the mood of being on a hike (nakasendo trail) by staying there. The staff was super friendly. Shared bathrooms and toilet were clean. A few steps away from the train station which is pretty awesome too.

Fantastic base for walking the Nakasendo. Less than 5 min walk from train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Great onsite burgers and bar option. Rooms were simple but warm and clean. Shared bathrooms were spotless. Although a medium sized ryokan, it had character and I would happily recommend.

convenient to the train station

Small lounge area is ucomfortable, needs at least some seat pads for the benches. Beverages are expensive- beer 1000 Yen. Breakfast offerings are minimal.

I couldn’t recommend this place more! They welcomed us with a lovely surprise to celebrate our honeymoon. The space feels cozy, clean, and has everything you need when traveling. The hosts take great care of their guests, and the location is perfect....just a short walk from the station!
