Our room was big for 4 people. Facilities were very clean. Close to station. Lots of info on the trails. Staff helpful.

"Struttura accogliente, pulitissima e grandissima"

La struttura era perfetta, il personale gentile e disponibile (ci hanno tenuto gli zaini in attesa del check-in). Insieme alle chiavi della stanza ti consegnano un ticket per vincere un drink (analcolico o alcolico in base alla pallina che peschi). Camere pulitissime e grandissime, bagni grandi e puliti, docce pulite e grandi. Al piano terra c’è un ristorante ma non ci abbiamo mangiato. C’è la lavanderia.

Si è bloccata più volte l’asciugatrice, solo che la seconda volta me ne sono accorta alle 10 e la reception era già chiusa, quindi ho dovuto stenderli in giro per la camera mentre Pippo dormiva già. Per fortuna non si è svegliato nonostante gli camminassi praticamente in testa (per questo Pippo dice “ottimo letto, comodissimo”).

"Great stay, full of nice extras"

Very practical location close to the train station, the extras are great, from a welcome drink, breakfast, and practical luggage storage, even overnight as we went over to the Nakasendo trail and spent a night in Tsumago. I would even stay longer here and come back from the walk if I did it again.

Nothing, everything was perfect. I guess the password for the women's showers is a bit too much, but nothing important.
