Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder The Saddlery in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no laundry or cable. You may hear noise from nearby nightlife and construction starting as early as 6 am. White noise machines and earplugs are available upon request. Vacation Rental License No.: 2020053956. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

"Sonder Rocks and Honky Tonks!"

This apartment was really nice! As you will read, it is REALLY noisy, but that has nothing to do with the property and everything to do with the location! The location is AMAZING if you are looking for that lower Broadway experience! It was clean, convenient, and the bedrooms were super gorgeous. This was my second time in a Sonder and not my last!

In the heart of Nashville’s music scene, so don’t stay if you can’t appreciate that outside your window. I would totally stay here again. Huge beds, clean, nothing broken, very detailed in communications, and walkable. Loved it! The only thing I’d recommend for the property is to offer a rubber bath mat, because the tub floor was slippery.

Perfect location on broadway. Easy to get into apartment. Apartment was very clean. The upstairs tenants got a little loud but i got fast communication back from sonder right away and it was fixed. Would definitely come back to stay!

This apartment was perfect for us on our trip to Nashville. It’s beautiful inside with good security. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The only warning is the noise from the bar across the street. You have to use earplugs and white noise to sleep but that does work. I noticed they closed the doors around 10 pm to help keep the noise down. It’s a half block from Broadway so easy to walk everywhere
