The amount of locals that hang out in front of the hotel is not necessary. I have been twice a year apart and it was the same thing. There should be no loitering on the front area but they are hanging out. I did not feel safe.

Conveniently located near Nationals Park about a 10 minute walk only issue was the turn on for the shower was not easily identifiable had to call front desk TWICE to locate it first call they said they would send someone but after 20 minutes nobody came they told me during second call where it was located

"PARKING IS OBSCURE!!"

Parking is none unless u wanna want to spend a decent amount. I understand big cities dont have much room but qhen u spend over $200 on a room you shouldnt have to spend $60-70 just to park! But not a bad area as I arrived late in day and felt okay to walk.

Hotel is clean and good location, the problem is that does not have a parking lot on site, you have to pay a valet service of $58 per night which I think is very overpriced and they take your car 2 blocks away to be park, very uncomfortable,
