The hotel was nice and updated. Very small rooms. The rooftop area was closed. Nothing in walking distance. Very unsafe area.$60 for parking. You can find a nicer hotel for the price at the wharf up the street. Customer service was good.

Everything was excellent. Staff was super helpful and kind. The food options were okay. The only thing negative was the air conditioner. It eas so hot in our room.

Nice property, did not have many restaurants near it, had to walk 10+ mins to get to food. Fire alarm went off as we were leaving @4am. Otherwise had updated rooms and nice staff.

I did love the location, very convenient with both stadiums so close. The rooftop bar would be a complete reason why I would come back. The rooftop bar was incredibly amazing. Staff was kind, and the view was beautiful. The only part I didn’t love- I called a few days ahead to see if decorating the room was possible. We were celebrating a birthday and I just wanted to know. The woman who worked in the lobby mentioned it could absolutely be done and just to Amazon deliver the packages to the hotel and they would absolutely set it up for us. I sent a few small packages ahead of time thinking they would have set up something like they mentioned. She told me there were multiple notes and managers were notified to decorate for our celebration. However, when I arrived I was told I have packages waiting for me and that I had to sign out. I had to take the packages upstairs while the birthday person had to wait downstairs. I had to set up the decorations by myself. I understand it wasn’t a requirement but for someone telling me multiple times it would be done and calling back to tell me it was a for sure thing- this was just upsetting that it had to happen.
