The location was good, room was nice

There was no soap in the bathroom and no way to contact the front desk. There was a phone in the room, but no information about the hotel or what to dial to get the front desk. Tried calling the main number- no answer. Had to go down to the front desk, but the only worker was on break. It was too much effort after a 9 hour drive for something that ought to have been a basic expectation.

Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. Room wasn't as clean as it should have been. No hand soap in bathroom When we requested some the front desk brought us a grocery store brand of liquid soap that had been used. The Rock Bar was not open nor the coffee bar during our stay.

Valet parking. I wish the hotel provided free parking space for the guests.

Came in Christmas Eve to stay 5 nights. When we left for Christmas dinner, we left a $20 tip. Came back to an unmade bed, dirty cups, and no coffee. I complained. The next day the bed was made, but trash hadn't been thrown and the dishes were dirty. I complained again. Today we came back to upthrown trash, dirty cups, and an unmade bed. The hotel itself is great, but what's really frustrating is that we aren't being listened to, or they are not following up. Also, each time I ask to ask for a manager. there isn't one on site. Perhaps that's the bigger problem?

Great Location & Facility. Student Staff slow. $36 per Day Valet Parking A ripoff for Open Air parking across a small Street. $16 Pastries for Breakfast 2-3 days old - Coffee VERY cold.

I had an amazing valet experience with Joey, he was very accommodating and helpful. Rock bar was awesome! Would definitely come back here.
