The sky bar was not open on the night we stayed nor was the coffee bar. Very Disappointed. The staff were dressed extremely unprofessionally..They lacked any sense of professionalism. I called down to get hand soap for our bathroom because there wasn't any and the front desk sent up a half used bottle of hand soap from Meijer. Very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. I understand it's a college town but the room looked beat up and tired.

The location was great, and the hotel itself was absolutely charming! Great staff from greeting to checkout, nice valet option. Really enjoyed the top floor restaurant and view!

There was a lot of dust on lamps and lower-traffic parts of the room.

The AC did not work in my room and the heat was on high. But there was no indication that the AC didn’t work so I woke up in the middle of the night and changed the thermostat but still had a terrible headache from the excessive heat. Also, when I got there the room I had booked was no longer available and they made no accommodations or concessions to make up for it.
