Somerset Sudirman Jakarta

The location is very strategic, in the middle of city center..not very far to go to senayan and train station actually..a lot of street foods at night in front of the hotel.. it's a business hotel, and also an apartment, so don't expect more on breakfast at restaurant..just basic but tasty..booked the executive suite for 3 nights, it has a balcony, the living room and the bedroom is big..and a huge wardrobe..i had a very good night sleep..they also have a laundry room, the pool has a very nice view of Jakarta.. might stay here again if i go to Jakarta again.

I arrived at the property early in the morning, they allowed me to access the residence lounge to rest first while waiting for the room. At 12pm, I was given the room card and they allowed me to extend checkout at 1pm. Staff were friendly and polite.

Visited somerset sudirman for business trip. The property is surprisingly very good and I enjoyed the stay very much. Very clean and neat, all the facilities are brand new. the staffs are VERY professional and attentive, asking and offering help everytime we approached them.

Rooms are clean, staff helpful, good location Swimming pool is ok Gym is really small Management is not great. I had a flight very early next day so was debating to extend the room or book close to airport… they said we give you breakfast if you extend with us, and then when I booked they said oh no you can have breakfast tomorrow because it’s for the new booking - whilst they knew I had an early flight (ie need to leave hotel at 4 so breakfast won’t be open which is what I just told them). And even after telling them that this was not the agreement they wouldn’t change their mind as at that point I had already paid. Unprofessional and disingenuous.

Strategic location close to shopping area.

The staff are very friendly, I’ve got a room upgrade upon check-in. Overall, stay was good.

At first, we’re so amazed by the lobby, it’s so cozy and it has comfortable modern look. The front desk staffs were really nice and helpful. For the room, we’re so thankful and surprise that we got a free upgrade. We also got what we requested for the room positioning and even better. The room smells good and it’s very tidy. It has kitchen and laundry area which gave us a huge help since we’re not eating outside most of the time while we’re staying here. The facility is top notched! Starting from swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness area, and restaurant, all area is clean and comfortable. I did a little vlog here, and I’ll definitely post in on my Youtube!🫶🏻
