"Location "

Amazing location right on the beach. The outside could use a refresh and be awar when taking floor selection that people will be loud above you and it is loud. Besides that was great.

Can’t beat the location. Great views of the sunset, right on the beach. Central location. Besides the building itself being a bit dated, it’s not too bad for the price.

This property was only steps to the beach and only a few stairs at that. Most in Lincoln City Jane large staircases. All rooms faced the ocean and were comfortable. The convenience of a small kitchen was nice. Price was good.

"We will NEVER go back."

We will never go back. The hottub was broke and the pool was not heated. We were told there was a power surge and caused the hot tub to be broken, but all the places around them said there wasn't a power surge. The staff said they would make things right, but we didn't receive a discount or nothing. All they said at checkout was that they were sorry we didn't like our stay. Wow

The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, it was so nice to have a patio to be able to sit out on and enjoy. One issue we had however was when we walked into our room it smelled like at one point it used to possibly be a smoking room. We were hoping to use the hot tub but unfortunately it was out of service but I understand that things happen. Overall it was a nice stay.

We stayed in Cod save the Queen. Expedia said there was a Murphy bed, but there wasn't. Instead there was a hideabed..not nearly as comfortable..That's fine for kids, but for an adult it wasn't great. The back bedroom gets really stuffy and could really use a ceiling or box fan. Places around the building needed some upgrading. Overall, not a bad place.

Most the hallways lights were broken. Carpets very dirty. Lanai literally had a pile of seagull poop and cheap broken plastic chairs. Bathroom fan clogged with dirt and dust. People in adjacent units smoking cigarettes and marijuana on their lanais so had to close our lanai doors quite often. The staff were pleasant. The location views were awesome, just needs maintenance.
