Our first and last time of staying on the first floor we have been staying here for many years on the top floor and love it main thing is the bed in our room is a air mattress 1st night was good but went down from there tv was fire system and for us was nothing but trouble we're in our 70s and couldn't figure out how to use it room was ok otherwise.

I enjoyed my stay. The people around were friendly. I didnt know I had a 3 story hike up stairs and with my spine it was painfull. I didn't see where it said staires and I assumed there was an elevator . Thats on me not on them. I had a beautiful view and loved the private deck. I would stay again but on the 1 st floor. Lol

I'll never stay there again. Kitchen floor very sticky we tried to clean it but couldn't get the sticky off. It was really disgusting. Kitchen poorly stocked. No tea kettle, no hot pads not much silverware and what was there was cheep.The only measuring cup was a one cup liquid cup no measuring spoons at all. Handle on the frying pan was broken.The floor slopes really bad because the corner of the building has settled. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was nice with updated fixtures but the cabinet under the sink was beat up and broken and there was makeup on one of the washcloths. The window with the ocean view had dirt streaks all over it. The Murray bed won't fold up completely. No extra bedding/blankets glad I took my own. Furniture in the living room arranged so you can't see the ocean. We moved the couch so we could look at the ocean though the dirty window and found a spot on the back of it from being pushed against the heater. The bed was comfortable but there was a blood stain on the sheets. Had to call the office because we lost hot water. They got on it quickly and it was taken care of in under an hour.

Its a great place to stay. We've stayed a number of times always good.

The condo was great with a beautiful ocean view. The issue was the cookware. It had a great kitchen but the pots & pans were pretty gross. We went to Goodwill just down the street & bought some that we will bring with us next time. Yes, we loved the room enough that we have reserved it for next month and again in January.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Extremely pleased!!!

Can’t beat the location. Place is right on the beach….sunsets every night from our patio. Great location. After that…..everything is average. No dishwasher in our room which is fine and as advertised….but just weren’t too sure if the dishes were really really cleaned/ washed. Our frying pans, I wouldn’t have used them at my cabin. Not sure how they don’t have pans that don’t look beat up. Missing a few key utensils..luckily we brought our camping bin that had a bunch of utensils. Would I stay here again….the price would have to be right.

Quiet except little children running from one end of room to the other inearly morning or night

We are 77 and 79. Climbing two flights of stairs, was extremely Challenging. I should have requested a ground floor. We were first directed to a wrong building for our room. We couldn't use the balcony, because it was filthy with bird droppings.

Floor in kitchen was dirty and carpet in the room. Ask to have maid service come mop and never showed up. Pool was a fungus moth under mats and around pool . Rail handle to enter pool is extremely loose! Hot tub was out of order and had dried up moss in it. Was roped off so anyone could fall in to it.
