I wouldn’t even put my dog in this hotel… location wasn’t the best around a 3.5km walk to peir not convenient if you are disabled we stopped here for three nights and they were the worst three nights of my like the hotel STUNK of cigarettes in room 210 me or my mom don’t smoke neither do our friend’s that were next door so surely the room wasn’t cleaned properly no fresh towels breakfast was ok however the sausages made me physically gag they were mushy as anything crossiants yogurts and fruit wasn’t refilled once during breakfast same with your spreads the next day my mom was being sick and had a bad stomach as she went to flush the toilet it wouldn’t flush reception did nothing due to it being ‘bank holiday’ if you can’t have staff in just don’t be open.. due to this we had to move rooms causing us to pack up all our stuff at 4pm and it was my mums birthday unfortunately this made us late to our meal hotel had no air in whatsoever no entertainment extremely outdated creeky floors paper thin walls as we FINALLY got reception to give us a fan it sounded like it was about to blow up anyways they swapped it and as I go to turn the hairdryer on it sounds like it’s going to blow up causing me to sleep with wet hair..as we were going to bed she went to lie down and the mattress was broken once again reception couldn’t help us we had to wait 30 mins for the matinance man to come in who was very nice- Carl you were amazing he helped us move the mattress also the room 206 stunk of seuerage I was gagging I couldn’t even enter the bathroom that’s how bad it was tables outside were filthy outside stink of cannabis carpets were filthy I’m not a snob but this was bad.. don’t stop here just pay the extra for a clean hotel!

Worst ever experience , dirty , stayed 3 nights and had to move rooms , as our toilet was foul ! Room 210. Would not flush, maintenance couldn't attend as a weekend. Then I came down with sickness and diahrohea after breakfast . Was moved rooms , mattress was broken ,bathroom flooded , still no one could attend this was room 206, sewerage was absolutely disgusting , we left that morning , asked for management , no one wanted to know. Do not ever stay here . This will be closed soon ,

Very poor hotel. Rooms for coach parties are terrible. Dark, stuck in the back with no sea views. No heating. Carpets extremely worn, dirty and stained. Bedding was also wrinkled and stained, so we wondered if they had been changed between guests. Under beds, very bad. I dropped a pill and had to move the bed to get it. No health and safety, as rubber bath mats needed for safety. My 81 year old husband had a nasty fall and is covered in bruises. It is so lucky that he didnt break something or even kill himself, as he bashed his head, when he fell. I asked at reception and they did bring a mat up. These should be in place, as the coach groups are elderly people. There was no hair dryer, as advertised, but I was supplied with one when I asked. The shower was very poor. It mostly ran cold, but was so very slow, hardly any water coming out at all. The stupid thing was, there was another shower, from the taps, but no lever to alter so water could come out of the shower. I asked and the member of staff said it doesn't work as she has tried, before and it's definitely not the correct fitting. A great pity as water was hot, from the taps, but being elderly we can't get up from the bath easily, so it wasn't a option. As it was, it was very difficult to get in and out, to have a shower. A little soap was left in a container that should have been on the wall. Toilet was a tight squeeze and cheap plastic seat. Toilet roll holder didnt wor and the roll just fell on the floor, or in the toilet. Only one hand towel provided for 2 people. Rooms are not serviced during a stay. We were there for 5 days and had to ask if we needed anything. Breakfast was reasonable but dinner was not. Extremely cheap, highly processed meals. They obviously haven't got a proper chef. Our first night we had Mushroom soup, which wasn't very nice. Mains course was supposed to be chicken supreme. Most people would know that it should come with a light creamy sauce. No, it just had some of the mushroom soup poured over it. Broccoli was old and yellow. Frozen carrots and instant mash. Yes, as others have said, the disabled entrance is around the back, in a dirty yard. No person could manage on their own, so many sprung doors to go through and narrow corridors. All the doors need a good clean as they are filthy and sticky. I shouldn't think they have been cleaned for years. I am presuming the very few good reviews are from private people who probably had nice bedrooms, as shown in the adverts. Certainly not the rooms given to coach parties who, it seems, are treated like the scum of the earth, yet it's our money keeping them going. Such a disgrace.

Soap dispenser without soap , toilet paper, Temperature of water not hot mislead about caution-hot water but it was Luke warm , allocation of room was in basement even u book well advance they didnt allocate properly
