La Palma Holbox

The stay was great! It’s close to the city center and the room was quiet. Only bad thing was that we found some blood stains in the bed sheets.

The customer service was amazing from front desk to the roof top breakfast!!! Loved the room, clean and beautiful

I was impressed and surprised! My room as VERY ample and spacious, the A/C (a priority for me) very good and cold! Linnens and pillows of the quality of the best hotels 5 starts I satyed in the USA, running water softened, handcrafted doors,and several details in precious woods from the region and a view on the top level second to none. The pool while on the small side was clean and well maintained. While there are a few unexpected things, I attribute it to the fact that the property is new and so may be the owners/administrators. I had not trash can and other minor things but where promptly corrected by a very friendly and corteous staff. I loved the room 302 on the second level, but this is not a handcapped accessibe place. I do not see that as a negative, its just the nature of the property. All in all is a wonderfule place, a great price and a great location. I will go back tomorrow if I could.
