La Palma Holbox

Unfortunately we arrived on Holbox in the rain so nowhere looked great. The hotel is OK - big rooms but very dark and no extras eg hairdryer, cups, glasses etc ( although there is a kettle and microwave). Good shower. Amenable staff.

Very spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Hotel is in a good location on the Island and a decent value for money option. Walk to the main beach in just a few minutes. Hotel has a nice terrace but missing loungers, plants and chairs to improve ambience and increase its usage.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms are huge for 2 people. The bed was also really comfy. The pool was great. Location good and quiet. Only downside the AC didnt work well.

Hotel was decent size and priced well. Clean and comfortable. Internet wifi could be faster though.

The hotel was very well located, far away enough from the city center to be quiet but close enough to walk to everything no problem. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and they gave great recommendations for tours and restaurants. Would most definitely come back here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the accomodations very nice and complete, great location! I will definitely stay there again.

My stay was terrible everything is a mess I got charge extra $300 dollars for taxes I’m still waiting for a response from the hotel to see what this extra charge is and nothing I guess is for taxes that what they told my wife..pluss the hotel is nothing as show in the pictures unless you want to sleep with scorpion spiders on you room you can see the scorpions in you roof of the room no maid to clean you room pluss the air conditioner didn’t work at all I will not recommend to stay here to anyone unless you want a bad experience this will ruin you trip.. trust me on this

I love this place, everybody is so nice

Floor was dirty. Even after I repeatedly asked to have it cleaned, it was not cleaned properly. This leaves one wondering what else in the room was not properly cleaned.
