Really liked it

Hotel limpio y agradable. La atención del personal muy atenta y amable, dan la información muy completa y muy cálidamente. El sitio está muy cerca de la plaza principal y muy cerca de la playa y de muy fácil acceso desde el ferry. Todo limpio y funcional. Habitación amplia, bien iluminada. Hay una terraza donde puede estarse y contemplar el pueblo o el cielo por la noche. La piscina limpia y con camastros para tomar el sol. Mi próximo hospedaje seguramente será acá.

The entire property and furniture needs a desperate upgrade. Everything is ages old, in addition, the staff is lacks customer service and hospitality service with guest. Never again will stay.

This is a basic hotel, but great value. Rooms were spacious, bed was very comfortable, pool area was nice. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Great Taco place across the street. Far enough from the busy part of town for it to be quiet at night. Close enough to get to the action. Note that the light on the ac is bright, so if you need complete darkness bring an eye mask.

Avoid at all costs!!!! No electricity or running water for 3 days of this trip which is nearly half. Could not even flush the toilet, could not shower, no A/C and no wifi.Had heatstroke and could not cool down in the room with A/C when it was 34 degrees. Had booked this hotel with wifi so I could continue to work and lost 3 days earnings due to the power cuts. When asking staff what was happening they would laugh and pretend they couldn’t speak English or just say they didn’t know what was happening. They have tried to say this was an island wide fault when friends staying at various hotels and villas on the island all had water and power that we had to go and use. Hotel refusing to give any refund for the 3 days affected as they say it happens constantly - this is not mentioned anywhere on their website or Expedia and was not mentioned to us upon checking in. Please book a different hotel in Holbox to avoid your trip being ruined as there was plenty of ones that still had electricity and water and more helpful staff.

Thank you to all the staff for the warm hospitality. The room was excellent. Great A/C, TV channels, spacious bathroom and the pool was nice. House keeping did a great job as well. I loved that the location was only two blocks from everything that was needed. A special shout out to the receptionist at the front desk, she’s so sweet and made me feel at home. Thanks again!!

I had a room with a bedroom and kitchen area, which was huge. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool area was a little disappointing as it rarely got the sun, hence I never saw it used by guests.

Overall very good value, the room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable also! The A/C worked amazing and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The only complaint I have was that the bathrooms by the pool were very dirty. Though I believe it probably is not the norm based on the cleanliness of the property and rooms, pool included. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach and the town square. The Wi-Fi was OK at best, which is normal in Holbox, a remote island. It makes for a great place to relax and enjoy the Island and disconnect from everything at home.

Super friendly staff. Big rooms. Hot water was inconsistent, but that's Holbox. Safe location and very close to center of town and beaches.

Great place actually! But they try to get money for a key I dropped as I was rushing to the ferry at 6am, my son dropped the key in the dark as there was no light at all I thought they would find it but said they didn't! Which seams very sketchy!!! And try to charge me for this!!
