Rien a dire car tous était parfais, rester comme vous êtes.

L'équipement, la propreté, très bien situé pour visiter à pied. Comme la chambre était prête avant 4 hrs, ils me l'ont laissés. Ce fut très apprécié.

The location of ReStays Hotel is so very convenient - it is right downtown Ottawa, just a block from the Parliament and the National Arts Center, so everything is in walking distance. We adored the Queen Studio we stayed in, it was super clean, modern and comfortable. The design with sliding doors for the sleeping space is really neat and practical. We loved to have a cozy, clean leather sofa to relax and a table and chairs for having breakfast, as well as having a separate desk space. Thesere was also lots of storage space, so we didn't have to clutter the room with the gifts and souvenirs we had bought. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances needed (full fridge and freezer, full stove top and stove, large microwave, Nespesso machine and free Nespresso capsules, even to refill, toaster, electric kettle and washer and dryer) were of a great size, in perfect condition and super clean! We also appreciated to be able to leave our car in their clean and safe underground parking.

The only thing we found a little annoying, is the ventilation / heating and airconditioning system, that was really very noisy. There was no low fan setting - the airstream was really strong. And even when we shut it off, it was still noisy. We also would have loved to be able to open the window to aerate and oxygenize the room, but it was blocked.
