Très bel appartement, séjour très agréable, avec un parking payant dans le bâtiment. Bon équipement, accueil rapide et personnel agréable. Un excellent choix pour séjourner à Ottawa, je recommande vivement !

No parking, staff is rude, they lie a lot. MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR DRPOSIT WHEN YOURE THERE.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. They also have no problem lying. Told all 3 of us that they were sorry etc and were gonna refund us. When we got home and called since no money was being received, they said they can't refund us anymore(for a night that we did not sleep there). There's more bad reviews about the property but they have a new story that makes them look good for each one of them. Think about it, by coincidence everyone has been racially profiled here. What happened: In a room with my friends, my friends came to collect me for an outing. As we were preparing, I received a text message from management informing me that the police were on their way for all seven of us (we were only six, three guys in the room and three in the 12th-floor lounge waiting for the three getting ready. No party was being hosted; we only drink water, and we are not the type to party.) Management called the police because there were six people in a room at some point (colleagues). There were no noise complaints or damage. They should have at least knocked on my door to check on us. I informed the police that they were welcome to come in as well. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Management was extremely disrespectful and childish. She is also lying frequently, so please be very careful. She continued to harass me from the number 613809four155. Hilton/sonder/corporate stays has never treated me this way, and I travel frequently. All this happened before 11 p.m., and we were only in the room for 45 minutes to an hour. I also took a video of the room before leaving it, clean bed untouched, table untouched, clean. THIS PROPERTY SCAMMED ME out of a deposit and price of the room was really high.

Location is brilliant. Front desk staff were all incredibly helpful, Mark’s inside knowledge helped us secure a table for an amazing dinner.

Der Preis fürs parken war extrem hoch und Vorhänge für die Fenster wären sinnvoll gewesen, da die Büros wirklich sehr nah waren und man möchte nicht immer mit geschlossenen Jalousien wohnen

Geheel was een beetje sfeerloos. Te klein tafeltje naast bed (en maar aan 1 kant). Koud aandoende vloer. Alle oppervlakten, waar je iets op kon zetten, galmden als je dat deed
