Our stay was Dec 13-15, 2024. You had to always look for a morning staff member when you went to the front desk. The breakfast was not ready for 7 am. We were gone for 6 hours and our room was not cleaned. Then was told they only clean your room after the second day of stay. And if we wanted the room cleaned we had to leave the room. Had to request clean towels every day. Finally, could not buy snacks at night because the night could not ring us up.
USGot an upgrade as they couldn’t give us the room that we booked. We booked a room with a twin bed and a sofa bed. At first we were assigned a room with only a twin bed. Then upon our complaint, they gave us an upgrade- a room with 2 queen size beds. So it was nice of them. Got parking, late night check in and breakfast. So overall, good value for money.
The initial miscommunication regarding the room allotment was not expected. The sink in the washroom got jammed.

My sink in the bathroom was slow at letting the water out.
