My check-in was not the best and the lady who checked my kids and I just wasn't friendly. I wasn't given any information about the hotel (gym, pool hours, restaurant info) even though I shared it was my first time at this particular location. I am so used to the warm friendly greeting I get from other hotels that fall under the Marriott umbrella. Even though my check-in was lackluster I would still recommend staying there. It's a clean, beautiful, boutique hotel conveniently located in Palo Alto.

Nemo and Maryam at the Front Desk helped us out big time. We were going to the NINERS game, and we needed help with our bags - we were heading right to the airport after the game. They made some calls and found us a spot to leave them at a Marriott airport property. I would definitely stay they again.
