Nice hotel. Good location and restaurant

The rooms were very well appointed. And were spacious and comfortable. However, when night fell it became clear that there are two fundamental problems with their rooms: (1) the heat is motion sensitive, so if you are asleep (and therefore not moving), there is no heat. Waking up at 2am to a sub 60 degree room is sub optimal. (2) the return air vent has a light that “purifies” the air. What that really means is that there is an ambient light that makes it appear as though you are about to be sucked into a spaceship. There is no way to turn off the light, and in our room there was no way to shield it. Both of these things would prevent a return stay.

The property is top-notch. Facilities all brand new and excellent. Top rate. And the staff is extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. And the restaurant is superb.

Our favorite hotel to stay in Providence. Hunter at the front desk was super nice and offer us complimentary drink tokens for my birthday and room upgrade. We weren’t too sure what the difference was as it looked like the other rooms we have stayed in the past. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in.

Beautiful property, staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Bidet in the room was a game changer for us - now we need one in our home!
