The Beatrice

I cannot speak highly enough of The Beatrice Hotel. From the exceptional staff to the spotless and beautifully maintained rooms, every aspect of our stay was a perfect 10/10. The attention to detail and overall experience exceeded our expectations. If I visit Rhode Island in the future, I will undoubtedly stay at The Beatrice again. Highly recommend!

2nd visit to this hotel staying for work. Rooms are really nicely put together and staff is super helpful. Pretty well situated. Looking forward to return

2nd time staying at Beatrice prior to going to work. Stayed in other prov hotels which I found pretty meh. This hotel is lovely with a small boutique feel to it. Staff are super friendly and helpful . Will definitely be back in the new year. Only downside is a lack of breakfast but there are some pretty good breakfast spots within and 5 minutes walk -recommend Serendipity deli

Beautiful, clean, and very romantic!

We have now stayed at the Beatrice several times, and the experience has been outstanding every time. First of all, the location in downtown Providence is ideal, within easy walking distance from the classic Arcade, such fabulous restaurants as Circe, and the Performing Arts Center on Weybosset Street. The staff are uniformly pleasant and helpful, from the valet parking attendants to the reservation desk, to the housekeepers. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed, with understated elegance. Also, the in house restaurant, Bellini, is wonderful. I was born and raised in Providence, and though we now live away from Rhode Island, this is the place I stay when back in my hometown.

It’s my fourth time staying at that particular property. I love it! All the above applies. There was a snag at the end of my stay when I checked out when I got to the hotel on Thursday, they asked for a credit card for incidentals. I did not owe anything else and then as I was checking out, I was told they keep a separate tally for any incidentals That you charged to your room without taking it off of the money held for incidentals. I did pay food and anything else I charged in full, but that was not fully explained. I’d like to know what the $600 held back on a credit card was for if not for charges at the hotel The person who explained it to me said that this is always the way that it was done the three times I stayed with you folks that was not the case so I think that should be explained upfront and I’d like a more expanded explanation from someone who is knowledgeable about why the hotel charges 150 per night and puts a hold on a credit card while they have no intentions of using it and the charges are still expected to be paid at the end of your stay. Back to the most positive it’s always an outstanding experience to stay at the Beatrice thank you

Beautiful views from the room, cloud soft bed, great shower and lighting and desk! The Japanese bidet didn't work which was a wee desultory, but the Hotel was kind enough to comp our valet in return and even offered a different suite, but we were too comfy in ours!
