La scala, e la presenza dell'ascensore solo dal primo piano.

The location is superb, easy to access everything. There are lots of space to store our belongings. Despite of the central location, it's not noisy. The bathroom is a masterpiece, it's so beautiful.

Not everything is correct or reflects the reality in the description: there's an elevator, but it doesn't start from the ground floor, you have to climb at first. The facilities and the room had better days once, but now they're a bit oldish and wanting. The bedrooms are in a loft, it was a bit difficult with kids. And so on (TV, view, etc.). The pets are cute (see photo), but I'd preferred without them...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Leider ist das, dass einzige was hier stimmt.

Die Wohnung ist absolut nicht so wie bei Booking dargestellt. Alles ist sehr sehr verwohnt und runtergekommen. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr dreckig. Kaputtes Sofa, Schimmel in der Dusche, Wasserschäden an vielen Stellen, die Küche einfach katastrophal und zu allem Überfluss waren in dieser noch Ungeziefer und Kakerlaken zu finden. Allgemein war der Aufenthalt wirklich absolut unangenehm und wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Sehr schade denn eigentlich verfügt die Wohnung über viel Potenzial und die Lage ist wirklich super. Eine Reaktion der Vermieterin blieb leider aus nachdem wir sie drauf hingewiesen haben.

Minden szép, minden jó volt mint az a hirdetésben szerepelt! Minden közel volt! Konkrétan a centrumban van! A reptér is vasúttal is nagyon közel van!! Csak ajánlani tudom!!

Hogy keveset voltunk itt!

Illuminazione nel bagno bassa. Ci vorrebbero più luci, quando si chiude la porta si rimane praticamente al buio

Расположение удобное, кровати удобные , ванная комната широкая комфортная ,напор отличный ,есть шампунь,гель, туалетная бумага ,фен ,освежить воздуха. На кухне есть все необходимо для приготовления пищи , посуда , масло оливковое,соль,перец,сахар, чай на разных вкусов, натуральное кофе , салфетки, гель для мытья посуды , капсулы для стиральной машины , но мы не пользовались так как мы были всего там 2 ночи . В гостиной достаточного место есть гладильная доска , утюг.если идти на пляж есть лежак раскладной , одним словом нечему придраться . Есть лифт . На счёт налога вы оплачиваете в конце .залог возвращается. Если вернусь то обязательно в эту квартиру .

Выход на балкон очень узкий, не нашла сушилку для вещей .было бы здорово иметь когда возвращается после пляжа выставлять вещи на сушильные полосы. И кульки для мусора чтоб были .И одно сушилка для посуды .А так все ок .

Blev spammet urimeligt meget med beskeder om alt muligt fra værtens side. Mangelfuld køkken udstyr, glas , proptrækker mm. Dårlig madras og spisebord

Central location 5 minutes from the train station. Good size living area. Beds were comfortable . Value for money.

We loved the location and the quirky apartment. My second visit and hope to be back again. Thanks to Simone who's been fabulous and very responsive on both occasions.

shared with Simine, nothing that bothered us. Not suitable if you do not want stairs, otherwise would have taken my parents.
