Situation géographique, la taille de l'appartement (vraiment grand), confort

D'abord, les 33 marches avant d'avoir l'ascenseur (monte-charge en panne), peu pratique pour le transport des valises et encore moins quand l'ascenseur est en panne aussi... L'électricité serait à revoir: lampes défectueuses et installation des interrupteurs un peu bizarre. Manque de couverts pour les repas, clim super bruyante, et petite radinerie du propriétaire: 1 rouleau de papier wc pour 4 personnes pendant 3 jours....

Nada, solo la ubicación

El alojamiento estaba súper sucio, el congelador con cosas pegadas y congeladas y con mugre, el frigorífico exactamente igual, los cubiertos ollas y sartenes también, algunas luces no funcionaban desde el principio y los últimos días la luz dejó de funcionar, con lo cual el frigorífico también.. cucarachas y hormigas por todo el piso, una cama completamente rota, al igual que los sofás. La tele no funcionaban y toallas sucias. Vinieron a traernos más ollas y toallas y sorpresa, las toallas olían fatal y las ollas tenían telas de araña. Pusimos una queja y la propia trabajadora del sitio nos confirmaba que las instalaciones estaban mal y lo que decíamos era cierto. Pero en ningún momento nos dieron facilidades, ni alojarnos en otro piso ni devolvernos el dinero. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.

Cattivo odore proveniente dai servizi igienici, pulizia corridoi esterni inesistente, condizionatori rumorosi

The location was perfect and the little apartment was very equipped for our short stay. Simona was very accommodating and good communication. We had a very early flight and let us check in before the check in time to get some rest. The shower is very comfortable and the water pressure is perfect.

The pillows were too thin and Saturday night, it might get a little noisy very late, it being so central if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay :)

Beautiful quirky apartment in a fabulous location. Direct line to city centre by metro and then 4 minutes walk to the apartment. Responsive and pleasanr host. Not suitable if you cannot use stairs both inside and outside the apartment.

It is just magnificent apartment in the centre of Cagliari. So spacious and has so much character. It is just what you want coming to the place like this.Beautiful building, the front door, tall windows....Beds were comfortable, all you need in the kitchen. Simona was a min away to respond to all the questions and queries. Thank you.

Nothing not to like....a bit noisy on Saturday evening- people loud walking down the streets and because of the traffic but you are in the centre so didn't disturb us at all.
