La colazione era ottima e anche il personale era molto gentile.

Eravamo un po' confusi su dove erano situati i vari servizi, ci perdevamo parecchio.

Good location thats close to airport.

No towels were available in the room when we checked in. Breakfast charge was said to be 130k pp during check in but paid 200k per person at breakfast for 2 additional people.

قريب من المطار

طلبت من عمال النظافه تنظيف الغرفه قلت لهم 325 قاموا بالضحك لا اعلم ماذا يقصدون وكلهم كرروا رقم الغرفة 325 .325 . 325 ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ لم افهم ما بقصدون طلبت من موظفة الاستقبال تغيير الغرفه من 325 الى 322 وعملت نفساها لا تجيد اللغه الانجليزية واعطتني نفس واجهة الغرفه ونزلتني 12 دور لا افهم لماذا ؟ رفضت الغرفه وطلبت اعادة غرفتي 325 وطلبوا ان اخذ الغرفه رقم 205 لان سخان الحمام شغال والتكييف جيد افضل من الغرفه 325؟؟؟؟ هم يعلمون ان سخان دش ومكيف غرفة 325 غير سليمه لماذا يتم وضعي فيها طلبت توفير تاكسي على حسابي للمطار ولم يوفروا لي تاكسي ذهبت للشارع ابحث عن تاكسي ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

Wir waren nur einige Tage hier als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise. Die Suite war groß genug für uns und vor alles, was wir benötigten.

Der Pool war extrem umständlich zu erreichen. Jakarta ist nun mal nicht unsere Lieblingsstadt, das betrifft zwar nicht das Hotel an sich, aber man ist schon froh, wenn man an schönere Orte weiterreisen darf.
