Position is far from main road and we must always use car can not by walk,there is no walking path

Close to my office but also always staying at Swiss Hotel and Mecure at PIK, sometimes JHL

This round, the service is really bad 1. I think the housekeeping forgot to put shower towel in the room. I called reception and housekeeping for 5 times and finally they sent me an hour later which closed to 10pm. I was really exhausted and tired after flew into Indonesia and after whole day meetings. I was very angry but still remained very calm. 2. People smoking in the hotel corridor(I was staying at 127) for few days, I finally lodged the complaint on 3rd day to reception and asked for air refresher spray, finally 2 guys came up. Instead of helping me to solve the smoking smell, they warned me not to smoke in the room. 3. The duty manager moved my room to 167. 4. Cafe - all glass cups are oily, and need to ask for utensil for the my whole week during to eat breakfast. 5. Bed is with hairs and dust.

الغرف لم تكن نظيفه. مقبض الباب مكسور و لم يكن هناك كبسولات قهوة مع وجود مكينة كبسولات تجربة لن تتكرر
