The bath towels need change because look old already. But overall was good

the staff are friendly and a bit helpful - hope can be more helpful/resourceful the breakfast buffet menus are mostly ok, love the nasi goreng and garlic cheese bread. I’m not a vegetarian but always enjoy the vegetarian menus - unfortunately the bake potatoes were undercooked, although I love the seasoning of the bake potatoes 🥔 - hope the F&B QC can do better and will not happen again.

There were no air con at the hallway in front of the room when we were waiting for elevator to go down; No air con as well at the B1 waiting room area (when we were waiting for the elevator from B1 - parking lot going up to the hotel/service apartment lobby to check in. It was quite long to wait for the elevator as there are only 2 elevators from the bedroom floor down to the lobby and parking lot and there were no air con at the hallway and basement waiting room while waiting for the elevator - it was hot and humid - no air ventilation. The TV at the dining room, and the ones in the master bedroom and in the other room couldn’t work - after asked for a technician to fix it it , it works only the one in the dining area.
