"Two star at best"

Didn’t get the room I booked, no upgrade Dirty pool, guests smoked in and around the pool, poor location, despite please make up room sign out at 730 AM room never cleaned, two pods for coffee on the first day then you have to buy from that point on

Loved the location, the intent of the staff to please, the restaurant , the steam room , pool and bar, the bed.. a bowling alley around the corner

That I couldn't use the bathtub jacuzzi in our room due to the water coming out yellow ( supposedly a City issue); that the communication with the staff didn't go well on several issues.
