El personal se la rifo muy cobrón. Doblaron turnos debido al conflicto de la ciudad por que agarraron a un super narco. Nos atendieron de lo mejor.

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel y lo seguiré haciendo cuando vaya a Guadalajara. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias y un jardín con piscina delicioso. El personal amabilísimo

El día que llegamos avisamos de que el teléfono de la habitación estaba desconectado y que la puerta del baño no cerraba bien. Aunque se lo repetimos en otras ocasiones, nunca llegaron a solucionarlo

Have stayed here several times. Like the modern vibe. Quiet residential neighborhood. Very clean. The staff are very nice. Thank you Marco, Erick and Omar for great customer service. Food in restaurant is good and reasonably priced.

We stayed in the same room two years ago. The door to the pool did not lock. We reported it then and reported it again this time. It just needs a little adjustment. The pool area had some small pieces of trash around it. The front entrance had dry leaves there, which was not a good first impression. Overall it is a great place. Just these little details need to be corrected. Last time we were there everything was perfect.
