en general el lugar tiene buenas instalaciones, la piscina muy buena con jacuzzy, el sauna, muy agradable las habitaciones y la ubicacion muy central. Destaco la atencion del botones Eric una gran persona y un servicio muy bueno siempre

lastimosamente el señor Arnoldo de recepción tuvo un trato muy irrespetuoso y mal educado con nosotros, ya que al momento de hacer check out y revisar nuestro deposito yo sabia que debiamos pagar un adicional y desde el inicio le dije que no habia lios para que hicieran el cobro de los consumos y el ya tenia mi tarjeta, aun asi el señor no queria abrirle la puerta de salida a mi compañero para subir las maletas al uber que ya estaba esperando y su actitud pesima sin razon alguna
