1. The location was great. Super convenient. There is a train station outside, and myeongdong market was near enough but not too near. 2. Size of room was nice. Layout was good.

1. Messed up the booking and charged me a penalty as no show when I had already checked in. This affected my booking.com stay status which is linked to promo program. Not resolved till now. Staff aas rude and was not apolgetic at all. 2. The toilet had a persistent urine smell and we had to remind the hotel to clean it properly. 3. Had to remind them to refill hand and bath soap which had run out.
