The location is great

There were any things that did not work properly, from the locker, that took us mor than half an hour to get in the unit, to the toilet that was loose, the sink that was a bit clogged. It is too expensive for not having things working properly. It was also too impersonal… and the guest was AI, so it always toke a lot of time to get an answer…

Quarto e sala espaçosos, limpeza deixa a desejar um pouco no banheiro. O checkin e a comunicação são tranquilos. Destaque para a localização, perto de lojas e restaurantes. No geral tivemos uma boa experiência.

The polite security guard. Who had nothing to do with the host.

The Host is a company hosting many units in the area. I have used them before in different locations. Their system is useless. They requested an online choeck in that never worked. Every time I tried to contact them a Bot answered. I could not have a nrmal human being to help me with my issue until check in time. When I arrived at the property, the building security did not have my details. Only then a normal human was available, 4 attendants + 2 hours later, I was allowed into my apartment. Which was in an awful state. Bed linen was not on both sides of the duvet (DISGUSTING), the shower had mould all over. NEVER AGAIN I will stay in CHARLIE apartments.

That was no breakfast.

The apartment had a few things that wasnt working such the internet, some lights and the shower would heat sometimes.

The apartment are perfect for a short stay, and it is very well located. The problem was the communication channel with Charlie is not very helpful. We had Wi-Fi problems, they can couldn’t fix, we asked to an early check-in an no support on this side too. They always recommend us to talk with the front desk of the building. But since is a residential building, they couldn’t help much too. The stay only compensates because of the location and the price.
