Very comfortable place, well located, and well cleaned.

Wasnt able to open the electronic lock, the company didn't believe me and asked me for videos to prove that the number they gave me was incorrect. After a long time (they provided more incorrect numbers and then told me to get the physical key at the front dor) I managed to get inside, but the coffee machine didn't have an adaptor to fit inside the wall. When I wanted to request a late checkout the process was complicated. Every interaction I had with the whatsapp customer service tool felt like talking to a corporation, not a host or a hotel. The bed was comfortable and place was very clean, but for a 1 day stay, there were too many problems for a good review.

I stayed 40 minutes waiting for someone to give me the password key to enter in the apartment.

Several issues with the eletronic lock. Lovked outside the room THREE TIMES. Vários problemas com fechadura eletrônica. Fechado fora do quarto por TRÊs vezes.

Location and Building Amenities and Service are great. The reponse from the facilities team on whatsapp was fast.

The apartament looked infinished. No stage design, no decorative items, the bed sheets / towels didnt have a good quality, kitchen items were old. It´s a top location with poor hospitality standards.

O apartamento não tinha parte da cortina, e então entrava muita claridade. O suporte é muito ruim. falaram que iria alguém la consertar em 24 horas (o que já é absurdo), porém após 48 horas ninguém apareceu. Uma bagunça.

I was not able to use the property because the access codes were not sent on time. after trying to get in touch with the company I got no answer.

The place was very modern and clean, in a central part of Pinheiros close to food and bars. The area and place felt very safe and the whole building seems very new. The room had a great balcony and generally, the facilities were nice and clean. Perfect for what I needed.

The place is a lot smaller than it seems to be in the pictures. I expected a bit more room for the price and felt the value isn't quite there. Also, the bed was really firm. I know that beds in Brazil are firm in general, but this one felt like it was even more so.
