I would like to say the young man working at night at the front desk has a lot of patience for rude people. I was coming in wanting to check in and ai witness Marcus dealing with a very rude women cursing him out calling him incompetent all while he was being very empathetic to her saying he understands how she feels and helping her move rooms. The women being rude to him kept talking loudly and got upset that he acknowledged us when we walked in. She said that he shouldn't be paying attention to us that she was here first and she needs to move now. Marcus politely told the lady that he likes to make sure the guest know that they have his attention as well and he will be with us in a moment. I was highly upset watching this incident go down I didnt say anything because it was almost 11pm and I was just getting in from a long trip to check in on Easter Sunday smh. I would like to speak to any manager about this because Marcus handled that guest with professionalism and kindness when he didn't have too, I had to check on the young man to make sure he was okay and his response was " he treats all his guest with kindness no matter how they are feeling, they might have been having a bad day/night" I hope to see Marcus again when he checks me in hopefully with better circumstances. I also saw the review the lady left and I would like to talk to his Manager personally about the situation just thinking about it still upsets me and he doesnt deserve that.
