Valet was far too slow and the elevator far too slow

Facility was great. Modern, fresh, well maintained. Staff were excellent from valet attendants to front desk. On site restaurant, Cucina Moderna, was exceptional.

Poor accounting practices from excessive number of valet charges to final invoice not showing all charges that were made to my charge card. Very noisy hotel, traffic, guest room doors slamming. NO ROOM SERVICE. Not informed there would be no room service. Had to chase the lone housekeeping cart down the hall to get fresh towels during our 7 night stay. Valet staff were great, but valet parking was chaotic due to tight space. limited number of staff, and no bellhops for luggage.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel everything was beautiful

I stayed two nights at this hotel, the first was terrible, the second was ok. I must rate the hotel poor because of a major design issue, there is a nightclub atop the hotel that apparently is independent of the hotel and the sound of the bar/club permeates the hotel. The first night I was there, there was a private event that went till two am, apparently a monthly event. I suspect these types of things happen fairly often there. I was right under the club on the 8th floor and the noise was terrible. The front desk staff told me what theyve told other people many times before, its an independent establishment and they have no control over it. If that is the case, it is a real lapse in judgement to allow that kind of situation atop a hotel where the building below is for accommodation and not clubbing. I got the sense walking around the floors and from prior reviews that the noise goes multiple floors down. It was a loud base. The other issue with this hotel, is that the east side faces a very loud busy road, motercycles, emergency vehicles, hot rods, you'll hear that if you are on that side as well. I blame them less for that, they shouldnt have allowed a separate entity to have the full use of the roof for a club. I told the front desk of my disatisfaction having not slept much at all the first night (the club closed at 11pm the second night) and they did nothing to try to make it right by me. Further I emailed the operations manager explaining my concerns and didnt hear back. This is not a well run hotel to allow a situation like this and also ignore customers feedback. Its a real shame because the hotel itself including room is quite nice. Just dont plan to sleep there!

It was way overpriced for what the hotel offered. It was extremely noisy due to it being on a main highway, we had a balcony that you couldn’t use to the road being like a race track.

We didn’t like anything about the hotel, it was a rip off. It’s certainly not a $500 p/n hotel, $200 would be a fair rate for this hotel. We were very disappointed with our 3 night stay there.
