Blue Way Inn & Suites Wichita East

Upon arrival I was told that the rooms were flooded and they did not have rooms available. I was forced to find alternate accommodations yet blue way in still charged me for the night.

Staff Member Drew went above and beyond to help with issues, and was on top of getting things like towels and toilet paper, etc. Definitely deserves a raise.

Had someone in the room when I got here, and said person left a meth pipe under the blanket. Had no toiletries in the bathroom, and soap was smashed all into the ac unit.

The room had a hole in the door and drug addicts outside When I went back to the front desk, they refused to come back I let the key behind the front desk window and left Hotel is dirty, room is dirty, hole in the door and unsafe

There was no breakfast at the place, it has roaches. People were smoking meth on the property. Towels or toilet tissue wasn’t in the rooms. Door knobs were taken off. Plumbing was bad and internet service was poor.

N/A, property gave my reservation away. Upon arrival they told me there were no more vacancies and sold my reservation to another customer and didn’t provide any refund even though I requested a refund.
